Dainty pink bird- and butterfly-attracting flowers on a compact shrub. After flowering, red fruit like miniature apples appear, very high in vitamin C and antioxidants.
A tough plant, small in form, with flowers that resemble a Crepe myrtle. Small fruit follow and ripen in late autumn. Fruits are edible and contain high levels of vitamin C.
A great plant to use as hedging, especially for smaller hedges to attract birds and other wildlife.
Grows to 1.5m high by 1.5m wide.
Plants are frost tender but will tolerate heat and once established, extended dry periods.
